The staff knew different languages and always greeted us with a smile. We were able to park our car near the main entrance, which made it easier to access. However, the restaurant food was our favorite; it was delicious and moderately priced.
We experienced many negatives during our romantic escape. First, the breakfast was below average with limited options.

the hotel's restaurant offered decently priced, fresh meals. Our guest room was pleasingly clean, and the toiletries were well-stocked and new. We had a beautiful view of the local scenery from our window. the hotel's new section was modernly furnished and smelled fresh.
A faint smell of smoke lingered in the atmosphere.

We had a great time staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the Italian, English, and German-speaking personnel. They made us feel welcomed and attended to our needs during our stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-kept. The breakfast had a good variety of food options, making our mornings enjoyable.
Everything was spot on.

Staff and Food
The staff members were very communicative and friendly, speaking several different languages. They added an extra dimension to my city trip, providing me with tourism tips and guiding me through the city. The food was freshly made and delicious. I was especially impressed by its moderate price. The hotel is centrally located near the attractions, adding to my amazement. Besides the advantage of being near the central places, the car was parked in a safe place in front of the reception.
The hotel suffered from the smoke lingering inside. It was pretty disturbing and made my dessert taste unpleasant. Additionally, the breakfast was below average. The selection was poor, and I expected more than a simple omelet. Furthermore, some of the toiletries provided had already been used, and the old part of the hotel had an unpleasant smell. it was a decent option for a one-night stay. However, there are better choices for city trips, like Ohrid.
